Where do I log in?
You can login to your account by visiting the login page.
What if I forget my password or the link I received isn’t working?
You can get a new link to reset your password by clicking the “I forgot my username or password” link on the login page.
What do I do if I get a red box with a communication error?
Check your intenet speed at www.speedtest.net to ensure you have at least 4 Mbps download speed.
What fixes cases freezing up or patients not loading?
Restart your computer, check your internet connection, and make sure you have at least 4 Mbps download speed.
Why can’t I move to the next tab?
Click on the “Next” button at the bottom of the page to advance from one tab to the next.

Can I get a personal account with i-Human?
At this time i-Human Patients is only available to students through university partnerships. We do not offer standalone student accounts. Please let your school know that you’d like them to check out our product.
We are investigating an issue with searching history questions. If you are unable to locate the question you are looking to ask your patient, please use the Category Folder.
