IHP is a developer and provider of simulation-based medical training services including their flagship i-Human Patients® cloud-based service. Damodaran has over 20 years of experience in software development and executive engineering management for a variety of Silicon Valley start-ups. Individual student and aggregated class analytics are available to instructors, thereby providing objective performance data to instructors. i-Human Patients contains a point-and-click authoring system to create new cases and exercises, which can be published under the Creative Commons Licensing model, thereby enabling medical educators to rapidly create, customize and share new educational content.

“Vinod brings a wealth of experience in advanced software development and engineering management to our team,” said Norm Wu, CEO of IHP. “He is a technical, hands-on leader with over 20 years of experience building enterprise and SaaS cloud-hosted systems.
